ACADEMY REGISTRATION
Academy registration is for players playing with a club/academy team (U7-U10) and not a BISA team. Academy forms will be available on the player's GotSport profile under forms.

We are required by NTSSA to verify the date of birth by the birth certificate at the time of the registration. We will need this document before filling out the Academy form. You will be contacted by the registrar if you have registered your player and we do not have a copy of the birth certificate on file. These forms will need to be filled out completely. Please allow yourself plenty of time to complete this form before the first game. BISA appreciates you registering with us as your home association. This registration will cover the full fall/spring soccer year. 

TOURNAMENT ONLY PLAYERS
Players that would like to register with North Texas to play tournaments only can now use the Academy/Non-Rostered Recreational online registration to play as a guest player in a tournament. These players do not play regular season games with a team. The player level for the registration is "recreational" and age groups run up thru U18. The BISA registrar will need to sign your guest player release form for each tournament and will sign as the releasing coach and the home association. This registration does last for an entire soccer year and will cover both the fall and spring seasons.
